Acrylic letter FAQs
Yes. Our acrylic letters are made for interior and exterior use. For outdoor signs we recommend 1/4" thickness with pin mounting for a secure hold on brick, stucco, and other textured surfaces.
1/8" is a good fit for smaller interior letters and tighter budgets. 1/4" has more depth and rigidity, so it reads better from a distance and suits larger letters and exterior signs.
Standard colors are white, black, and red. Any other color is custom painted to your PMS or brand color.
Matte has a flat, low-glare look that stays easy to read under bright lights. Glossy adds a high-shine clear coat that reflects light and makes colors look richer.
Choose VHB tape or pin mount. VHB tape works on smooth, flat surfaces like painted drywall, glass, and laminate. Pin mount uses studs set into drilled holes and is best for exterior and textured walls.
Send the wording or logo file, the overall size or letter height, the color, the thickness, and where the sign will hang. A photo of the wall with measurements helps us size it correctly.
You will receive an estimate within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Yes. After you approve the estimate and confirm the order, we send a pre-production layout proof. Production starts only after you approve it.
Production takes 2 weeks, plus shipping time. We ship nationwide and email you tracking as soon as your order ships.
Yes, in New York City only, across all 5 boroughs. Outside NYC, your letters ship ready to install with the mounting method you chose.
